I was taught to get good deals on clothes. Thrift shopping really is not all that bad if you actually look. I’ve gotten plenty of nice clothes secondhand. However, I decided to join Ideeli about a month ago. Ideeli is an “invite only” website where you get new and latest big brand clothes and items at reduced pricing. Many of the clothes are originally priced in the hundreds, so even deeply discounted items can still be in the $40 to $100 range. However, I’ve been watching the deals come and go and finally two weeks into being a member, bought a knee-length halter dress from “Love Shop” that cost a little over $30.
Yesterday afternoon I got the dress in, along with an “ideeli include” of a Vaseline “Sheer Infusion” lotion sample. I suspect the light fragrance about the dress was from it being near the lotion sample, but the scent being very light and pleasant, not an issue. Even though I was very considerate of the sizing reference included with the dress’ listing, I was surprised that the dress fit well. Particularly, that it didn’t look weird for me to be wearing a halter top with relatively small breasts. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and feel that it was a fair bargain. The dress looks as beautiful (maybe more) in person as it does in the picture.
